Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect to lead the business blueprinting, functional mapping, and cross-module governance of our enterprise Microsoft ERP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will orchestrate complex system migrations, define global entity data footprints, and design scalable platform customizations with minimal programmatic overhead.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end enterprise solution blueprints, validating cross-module workflows (Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce) inside the D365 F&O application matrix.
- Enforce Clean Core alignment strategies, evaluating custom expansion requests against standard system features, standard data entities, and Azure integration options.
- Design high-level data models and target schema frameworks, configuring the Data Management Framework (DIXF), dual-write loops, and Azure Data Lake synchronization paths.
- Establish enterprise integration designs, governing high-volume data streams between D365 and external landscapes utilizing Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, and OData.
- Review complex custom code extensions (X++), ensuring modifications, data processing batches, and custom event handlers adhere to platform execution limits.
- Govern automated environment release and deployment pipelines, managing lifecycle steps inside Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps.
- Chair the ERP Architecture Review Board, evaluating technical dependencies, data structure modifications, and release impacts across environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of core enterprise ERP software implementation experience, with 5+ dedicated years acting as a Lead Architect on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O systems.
- Strong technical mastery of X++ coding structures, LCS environment management, Azure data integrations, and advanced business process modeling.
- Deep functional understanding of corporate organizational boundaries, supply chain logistics, global accounting rules, and deployment lifecycles.
- Mandatory certification: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 F&O Apps Solution Architect Expert.
Skills Required
- 10+ years of core enterprise ERP software implementation experience
