This individual will support our growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE practice. This is an excellent opportunity if you are a self-starter who likes to take initiative in planning and implementing innovative ideas. The overall objective of this position is to provide a positive impact on helping our Microsoft Dynamics CE team service our growing base of clients.

RSM’s Dynamics consultants are empowered through our long standing, close relationship with Microsoft, the use of our proven RVM methodology (purpose built for Dynamics 365), a wide range of industry IP and accelerators as well as additional Microsoft-centric tools to help customers stay competitive in a constantly changing environment. Our Dynamics teams also benefit from a wealth of expertise around them within RSM that enhances the value we provide customers, whether that be from our Microsoft MVPs. Industry experts, Tax specialists or Managed Technology and Application services teams. 

We are looking for Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultants who are looking for an opportunity to advance their career and help support our growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE practice and service our growing base of clients!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients
  • Create design documentation
  • Take an active role in the development of the D365 CE system
  • Work well with team members, clients, and other vendors
  • Be the ‘Go To’ resource for client interactions
  • Participate in the Agile and/or Microsoft SureStep Iterative Methodologies

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, MIS or other related business fields
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certified a plus
  • Experience with Scribe a plus
  • SQL Server Reporting Services a plus
  • Experience with Field Service

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a self-directed manner and develop strong working relationships with clients.
  • Relevant, hands-on work-related experience working in a team environment.
  • Desire to learn and grow.
  • Superior organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $86,500 - $138,500

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, or related field
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification
  • Experience with Scribe (integration)
  • SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) experience
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and build client relationships
  • Strong organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
