About the Role
Mimaki USA is seeking a Microsoft D365 Developer & Solutions Architect to design, develop, implement, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related enterprise business applications. This role will work closely with IT, business stakeholders, department leaders, and external consultants to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions that improve automation, efficiency, reporting, data integrity, and overall business performance. The position will also support the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 environment, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and system improvements.
- Develop Power Platform applications, workflows, and automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
- Configure Dynamics 365 entities, relationships, workflows, business rules, plugins, and integrations.
- Design and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems using APIs, Logic Apps, North52, and other integration technologies.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Provide system administration, troubleshooting, user support, and end-user training.
- Maintain system security, data governance, release management, and DEV/TEST/PROD environments.
- Create technical documentation and support testing, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of related IT, software development, or business applications experience preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience with application development, system integrations, APIs, and enterprise business applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
