• Collaborate with the product team and business partners to capture requirements and translate them into high-level solution designs, highlighting prerequisites, risks, and performance impacts.
• Support the creation of a product roadmap aligned with ongoing business evolution and technology trends.
• Assist the product team by contributing to the writing of functional and non-functional requirements to ensure application development and configuration follow best-in-class design patterns and support proper solution delivery.
• Create and maintain solution designs for D365 Customer Engagement apps within the Power Platform scope.
• Create and maintain solution designs for D365 mobile-first features and demonstrate proficiency in D365 mobile app configurations.
• Create and maintain solution designs for web applications using HTML, CSS, JS, Angular, React, and NodeJS.
• Ensure the use of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines (ALM, YAML).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed.
• Document the solution architecture design and capture functional/technical artifacts that describe the end-to-end solution design using TOGAF principles, stored in Azure DevOps Wiki.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the CCH architect community, security, and enterprise architects to validate design principles and contribute to the development of a cohesive CCH technology landscape.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Developer, Solution Architect, or Business Analyst in Microsoft D365 (Sales, Customer Service, or Field Services) within B2B/B2C, preferably FMCG.
• Strong architecture knowledge using SOA patterns and frameworks like TOGAF.
• Hands-on expertise with D365 CRM and integration with SAP ERP or similar.
• Cloud/D365 architecture certifications are a plus.
• Skilled in web development (HTML, CSS, JS, Angular, React, NodeJS).
• Solid understanding of networking, programming, computer architecture, systems programming, data structures, algorithms (including Azure Data Factory), OOP (.NET, C#), front-end (PCF), SQL, Agile/SCRUM, and Azure services (infra, functions, service bus, event hub, App Insights).
• Experience with unit/load testing tools (Playwright, JMeter).
• Knowledge of hybrid hosting models (on-prem/cloud) with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines (ALM).
• Deep understanding of Agile methodology; Scaled Agile experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills; able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficient in English.
