As the Cosell Coordinator, you will serve as the daily owner of Softchoice’s Microsoft Partner Center co-sell pipeline — managing the full lifecycle of inbound and outbound referrals — while also owning the accurate and timely loading of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into our CRM and partner platforms. You will work closely with field sellers, GTM program managers, and Microsoft partner development managers (PDMs) to ensure that no referral opportunity falls through the cracks and that MQL handoffs to sales are seamless, compliant, and trackable.
As a Microsoft Cosell Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Inbound & Outbound Referral Management
Monitor and action all inbound co-sell referrals received through Microsoft Partner Center daily, ensuring SLA compliance and timely acceptance or rejection with appropriate notes.
Create and submit outbound referrals on behalf of Softchoice field sellers, accurately capturing deal details, solution areas, and customer information.
Maintain accurate referral status, stage progression, and close-plan updates in Partner Center throughout the deal lifecycle.
Coordinate with account executives and solution specialists to gather the deal information required for Partner Center submissions and updates.
Track referral aging, escalate stalled or at-risk co-sell opportunities, and report weekly on pipeline health metrics.
Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) Loading & Management
Receive, validate, and load MQLs from marketing campaigns, Microsoft co-marketing programs, and partner-sourced demand generation activities into the CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and relevant partner platforms.
Ensure MQL data quality and completeness — including contact information, campaign source, lead score, and solution area tagging — before routing leads to the appropriate field sellers or SDRs.
Coordinate MQL routing rules with demand generation program managers to ensure alignment with current GTM campaign priorities.
Track MQL-to-SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) conversion rates and flag anomalies for review with the GTM Programs team.
Maintain accurate records of lead sources, campaign codes, and Microsoft co-marketing investment claims tied to loaded MQLs.
Support monthly and quarterly Microsoft MDF (Marketing Development Funds) reporting by providing accurate lead-loading documentation and campaign attribution data.
Reporting, Data Integrity & Process Improvement
Produce regular dashboards and status reports on referral pipeline activity, MQL load volumes, and key conversion metrics for GTM leadership review.
Identify and escalate data quality issues in Partner Center or CRM that may impact pipeline visibility or Microsoft incentive eligibility.
Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for referral management and MQL loading workflows; recommend improvements as Microsoft platform or program requirements evolve.
Support internal audits and Microsoft partner compliance reviews by providing accurate documentation of referral and MQL activity.
