Job DescriptionThe Tech Automation Specialist enables and scales the Creator‑Led Platform (CLP) and Collaboration Portal by designing automation, integrations, and intelligent capabilities that empower creators, collaborators and platform users.
The role focuses on self‑service enablement, toolset integration, governance by design, and AI‑assisted experiences, acting as a key technical enabler of collaboration, findability, and trusted execution across the digital ecosystem.
Key Accountabilities & Deliverables
• Design and implement automation workflows using Microsoft services (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, etc) to support CLP use cases such as self‑service actions, deploy packages, and governance flows.
• Integrate Microsoft and third‑party connectors to connect tools, content, and processes across the Collaboration Platform ecosystem.
• Implement and manage API‑based integrations, including request/response handling, error management, and data orchestration within CLP solutions.
• Enable and leverage AI add‑ons and intelligent services (e.g. Copilot‑style capabilities) to improve discoverability, user experience, and platform efficiency.
• Apply DevOps / DevSecOps practices to automation assets, ensuring solutions are secure, reusable, and aligned with platform standards.
• Contribute to platform governance, ensuring automation and integrations reinforce trust, compliance, and consistency across teams.
QualificationsRequired Technical Expertise
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 / Power Platform (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, etc).
• Proven experience integrating enterprise tools and services via connectors and APIs.
• Solid understanding of API consumption, authentication, and response/error handling.
• Ability to activate and operationalize AI capabilities within collaboration platforms.
• Working knowledge of DevSecOps principles in a platform context.
