- Establish and oversee AI Evaluation Frameworks to assess, validate, and deploy artificial intelligence initiatives effectively.
- Provide high-level application support and conduct deep-dive troubleshooting to resolve critical system issues.

- Have a solid background in Application Support, Troubleshooting, and System Monitoring.
