Job Description
As a Microsoft Administrator (MS), the consultant will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s Microsoft environments. They will ensure system availability and security while providing technical support to internal users and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
- Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies.
- Monitor system performance and carry out optimizations.
- Participate in system migrations and updates.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to improve IT processes.
- Manage users and access rights.
Qualifications
Hard Skills:
- Expertise in administering Microsoft environments: Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and other Microsoft solutions.
- Strong skills in managing backup and restoration systems.
- Experience in optimizing system performance for Microsoft environments.
- Knowledge of virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Ability to manage system security and access control.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to work with different teams.
- Ability to work independently with good organizational skills.
- Team spirit and close collaboration with technical teams.
Experience Level:
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a system administrator, with a specialization in Microsoft technologies.
Experience managing complex IT systems is required.
Mandatory Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification or equivalent is mandatory.
- Additional certifications in IT security or virtualization (e.g., VMware Certified Professional) are a plus.
Required Languages:
- French: Level C1 (Full Professional Proficiency)
- English: Level B2 (Intermediate Professional Proficiency)
