As a Microsoft 365 Systems Engineer, you will:
- Design, implement, and support a secure Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace environment, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and collaboration services.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) to deliver secure and scalable end-user computing solutions.
- Administer Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity, authentication, authorization, access management, and Group Policies (GPOs).
- Manage Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), compliance policies, device security, and remote wipe capabilities.
- Deploy and manage enterprise applications across Windows and iOS devices (iPhones and iPads).
- Implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) policies and ensure compliance with security and organizational standards.
- Troubleshoot endpoint, identity, Microsoft 365, and AVD issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure service availability and operational excellence.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 4–6 years of experience in Microsoft Modern Workplace, Microsoft 365 Administration, Azure, or End User Computing (EUC).
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, Group Policies (GPOs), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and application deployment.
- Experience managing iOS devices, endpoint security, compliance policies, authentication, authorization, and enterprise application lifecycle management.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
- Administer and secure Microsoft 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
- Manage identities, devices, applications, and security policies using Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and GPOs.
- Deploy applications, manage endpoint compliance, and support enterprise mobility solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint, identity, and cloud infrastructure issues.
- Deliver secure, scalable, and reliable digital workplace solutions while collaborating with infrastructure and security teams.
