Major Job Responsibilities:
Provide strategic guidance to optimize delivery of Finning’s M365 configurations globally. Liaise with regional IT infrastructure teams to unify service architecture.
Create documentation and support procedures for projects that utilize M365.
Provide functional and technical M365 and SharePoint support to the business community.
Monitor ServiceNow ticket queues and provide timely support
Analyze the design and assist in the implementation of new technologies that integrate or inter-operate with M365 features. Ensure 3rd party products are integrated optimally with core infrastructure items. Proactively investigate new feature sets within the M365 and SharePoint product offering emerging technologies
Communicate with stakeholders on tenant additions and changes coming from Microsoft that may impact their accountability and remedy any concerns raised.
Must-Have Skills:
A minimum of 3 years of experience operating in a help desk environment and supporting and troubleshooting M365
Experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and M365 Admin platforms
3+ years’ experience administering M365 tenants
Minimum 3 years’ experience working collaboratively with other developers, technical analysts, vendor partners, business, and operational staff
3+ years of experience in the development of business requirements and translating those business needs into functional and technical requirements
At least 3+ years of experience administrating SharePoint Online, M365 platform (e.g., Teams, Power Platform, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.)
4+ year technical degree in an IT related field
Nice-To-Have Skills (Not Mandatory):
MS Copilot application knowledge and functional User proficiency
Experience with other related applications like PowerShell and Sharegate
Organizational change management and project management experience
Previous experience implementing DLP (Data Loss Prevention) & RMS (Rights Management Services) policies is an asset
Solid understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) change management processes.
Speaking and writing Spanish is an asset, but not required.
