At Valeo Foods Group, we’re not just about food – we’re about fueling growth, driving transformation, and shaping the future of our people. With a footprint spanning 106 international markets, over 85 brands, and backed by Bain Capital, we’re on an ambitious path to double in size over the next five years.

Job Description

In the new OneIT structure, we are delivering significant projects to seamlessly integrate and consolidate the IT systems across VFG. To support these projects and the BAU support of the group, we are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Microsoft 365 Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day administration, support, and optimisation of core Microsoft 365 services across Valeo Foods. This role is pivotal in helping us unify and harmonise a fragmented M365 environment inherited through mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate will support current operations while also contributing to the planning and delivery of centralisation efforts, establishing repeatable processes that support future integrations.

This role will have a strong focus on Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, etc.) and a working knowledge of endpoint technologies to ensure smooth cross-platform functionality. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with M365 administration, enthusiastic about user enablement, and comfortable collaborating across IT to drive standardisation, simplification, and security in the digital workplace.

  • Administer and support core Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Purview (compliance & security features).
  • Participate in and help lead the centralisation and harmonisation of disparate M365 environments across multiple business units.
  • Support and optimise tenant-to-tenant migration activities, directory integrations, and domain consolidation.
  • Maintain and enforce configuration standards, naming conventions, policies, and governance for collaboration and communication tools.
  • Work with Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to ensure M365 services are integrated securely and optimally across the estate.
  • Monitor M365 service health and performance, troubleshoot complex service issues, and manage escalations from the Service Desk or other teams.
  • Create user-friendly knowledge articles and provide training or support materials to improve adoption of M365 features.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate and streamline administrative tasks using native tools (PowerShell, Graph API, etc.).
  • Help define repeatable M365 onboarding and migration processes to support future M&A activities.
  • Stay informed of Microsoft roadmap developments and make recommendations on new features and retirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, Microsoft 365 Groups, and identity management in a hybrid environment.
  • Experience contributing to or delivering tenant-to-tenant migrations and domain unification.
  • Ability to apply M365 governance, compliance, and security best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for collaboration and messaging platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical information to a business audience.
  • Role relevant Microsoft certifications or equivalent knowledge.
  • Experience working in multi-business, multi-tenant, or M&A environments.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Power Automate).
  • Good working knowledge of endpoint technologies and integration with M365 (e.g., device registration, Intune, Autopilot).
  • Exposure to endpoint compliance, MFA, and device security policies.
