Job Title: Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ contract
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprise-level Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Develop governance strategies and security policies for Microsoft 365 services.
- Oversee the deployment and customization of SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and Exchange Online.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices, including Entra ID, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access policies.
- Lead migration projects from on-premises to Microsoft 365 cloud environments.
- Define information architecture and governance strategies for document management and collaboration.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with third-party enterprise applications.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 solutions architecture and implementation.
- Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Exchange Online, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Experience in hybrid cloud environments (on-premises and Microsoft 365 integration).
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Compliance Center, and Endpoint Manager.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust security models and governance policies.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals ● Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
