As a Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online Specialist, you will:
- Manage, administer, and optimize Exchange On-Premises and Exchange Online (M365) environments.
- Support and enhance Microsoft Teams and Outlook in a business environment.
- Develop and deploy solutions on top of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Automation scripts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, taking them along with your ideas and recommendations.
- Troubleshoot end-user issues and provide effective support in a hybrid Exchange environment.

What You Bring to the Table:
- 8–10 years of professional experience in enterprise IT environments.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Exchange On-Premises and Exchange Online administration.
- Proven track record with Office 365 and IT Workplace services.
- Strong knowledge of hybrid Exchange environments, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
- Experience with Azure development (Logic Apps, Functions, Automation).
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft 365 security topics and Azure AD.
- Familiarity with multiple operating systems, IT infrastructure, databases, and application setup.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Microsoft 365 certifications and Agile/SAFe certification preferred.
- MSc. or BSc. in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Basic knowledge of privacy legislation (GDPR).
