Redaptive seeks an expert-level Microsoft 365 Enterprise Architect to develop and execute our global M365 strategy.
This role requires deep technical expertise in SharePoint architecture and administration and business acumen to drive digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing AI solutions within the M365 ecosystem and maintaining a security-first approach to architecture design.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Design and govern enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 infrastructure and security architecture.
- Architect and manage SharePoint Online environments, including information architecture, governance, and customization.
- Lead integration of Microsoft Copilot and AI technologies across business processes.
- Develop and implement zero-trust security frameworks.
- Create automation strategies using Power Platform and Azure services.
- Partner with executive leadership on digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee identity management and compliance policies.
- Guide technical teams in adopting M365 best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and licensing optimization.
Required Abilities and Skills
- Expert-level knowledge of M365 suite and enterprise architecture
- Deep expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, development, and administration
- Proven experience implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments
- Strong security architecture and compliance expertise
- Excellence in stakeholder communication and executive presentations
- Advanced PowerShell and automation capabilities
- Expertise in identity management and SSO solutions
Education and Experience
- 8+ years enterprise M365 environment management
- 5+ years SharePoint architecture experience
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Proven track record of successful enterprise-scale implementations
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring professionals (preferred)
- Background in cybersecurity architecture and compliance frameworks
