Job Requirements:
- 6+ years of actual experience in support and development in Microsoft 365 technologies in an enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Security, Compliance, and Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID)
- Experience handling complex technical cases, escalations, and issue resolution in a support-driven environment
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
- Strong understanding of identity and access technologies, including Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID)
- Experienced with ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
- Strong experience to cloud and on-premises technologies and operational support activities
- Experience with service improvements, configuration changes, and project-based support work is an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting, technical documentation, stakeholder communication, and customer support skills
- Experienced in report creation/design and presentation
- Relevant Microsoft certification is an advantage
