  • Work independently and diligently to provide time sensitive support to the organization's end users for software, hardware, conference room technology and meeting support, warehouse technology, server, network, and enterprise systems issues.
  • Able to design, create or develop permanent solutions and/or work around to escalated/submitted issues or requests 
  • Coordinates with user requests through discussions and coordination with internal and external resources

Job Requirements:

  • 6+ years of actual experience in support and development in Microsoft 365 technologies in an enterprise environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Security, Compliance, and Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID)
  • Experience handling complex technical cases, escalations, and issue resolution in a support-driven environment
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Strong understanding of identity and access technologies, including Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID)
  • Experienced with ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
  • Strong experience to cloud and on-premises technologies and operational support activities
  • Experience with service improvements, configuration changes, and project-based support work is an advantage
  • Strong troubleshooting, technical documentation, stakeholder communication, and customer support skills
  • Experienced in report creation/design and presentation
  • Relevant Microsoft certification is an advantage

 

Optional/Nice to Have Requirements:

  • Experience with Zoom, Lucid, Box, or similar collaboration and SaaS platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel data analysis and formulas
  • Knowledge of Cisco IronPort or Cisco Secure Mail Appliance is an advantage

  • Primary Technology:
    • Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Security, Compliance, and Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID)
    • Directory Services: Active Directory
    • Scripting and Automation: PowerShell, SQL or related technologies
    • Monitoring and Reporting: AdminDroid, Power BI
       
  • Secondary Technology:
    • ServiceNow: IT service management and ticketing platform for incidents, requests, and change activities.
    • Jira: Work tracking platform for tasks, issues, and project-related activities.

 

Minimum Years’ Experience: 6+ years

Preferred Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
