• Manage the full user and license lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, deprovisioning, and license assignments
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant configurations and services
• Monitor platform health, service performance, and usage trends
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and system configurations
Exchange Online
• Manage mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and mail-enabled security groups
• Troubleshoot mail flow issues and email delivery problems
• Configure and manage spam filtering, anti-phishing, and email protection policies
• Support retention, archiving, and mailbox compliance requirements
Teams Governance
• Administer Microsoft Teams policies, permissions, and governance standards
• Manage Teams lifecycle, collaboration settings, and external access
• Support Teams integrations, meeting policies, and communication settings
• Ensure governance and compliance best practices are maintained
SharePoint & OneDrive Administration
• Manage SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and storage configurations
• Administer OneDrive policies, sharing settings, and collaboration controls
• Support file migrations, data organization, and access management
• Troubleshoot synchronization and access issues
Entra ID & Identity Management
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID users, groups, and identity configurations
• Configure and maintain Conditional Access policies
• Administer Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) and Self Service Password Reset (SSPR)
• Monitor identity security risks and access controls
Security & Compliance
• Configure and manage retention policies and compliance settings
• Monitor Microsoft Secure Score and implement improvement recommendations
• Support data protection, governance, and compliance initiatives
• Assist with security audits, reporting, and incident response activities
Required
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and SSPR
• Understanding of Microsoft security and compliance tools
• Experience troubleshooting user access, mail flow, and collaboration platform issues
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem solving skills
Preferred
• Microsoft certifications such as MS 900, MS 102, SC 300, or related certifications
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Knowledge of Intune, Defender, or Azure administration
• Experience supporting hybrid environments
