We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Consultant to support customers across the DACH region in their digital workplace transformation. You will design and implement modern Microsoft 365 solutions, helping organizations modernize IT environments and improve collaboration.
In this role, you will work on cloud migration, automation, and collaboration projects using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange Online, while also leveraging Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven capabilities.
This role is based in Romania with the possibility of working in a hybrid or remote setup.
Your responsibilities
- Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions for enterprise customers.
- Lead or support Microsoft 365 migration and modernization projects.
- Configure and optimize SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams environments.
- Implement governance, security, and compliance best practices.
- Support customer workshops and technical solution design discussions.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project teams.
What you bring
- C1-level German and strong English communication skills for customer interaction.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, or Exchange Online.
- Experience delivering customer-facing Microsoft 365 projects.
- Microsoft certifications.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure / Entra ID.
- Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance in Microsoft 365.
