Today’s aircraft contribute around 4% of global CO2 emissions, equivalent to the emissions of 200 million cars. This is only going to increase: Air travel is forecasted to double by 2050, while meaningful efficiency gains using current airplanes have hit a wall.
JetZero is developing a blended-wing body (BWB) aircraft. It uses up to 50% less fuel and will be built to accommodate zero-emission hydrogen propulsion. JetZero is the inevitable solution to sustainable air travel.

- Act as Global Administrator of JetZero’s Microsoft 365 tenant, managing identity, policy, security, and access.
- Own day-to-day management of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office desktop apps.
- Administer and optimize Microsoft Purview for data governance, DLP, retention, sensitivity labels, and eDiscovery.
- Manage Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Endpoint, Identity, and Apps—ensuring alerts, detections, and responses are configured and monitored.
- Work alongside the cybersecurity team to maintain CMMC and NIST 800-171 compliance.
- Manage group policies, roles, RBAC assignments, and conditional access in Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Oversee Intune MDM/MAM configuration and compliance for all M365-connected endpoints.
- Support SharePoint Online and Teams site configuration, permissions, automation, and lifecycle.
- Automate repetitive admin tasks using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and compliance center tooling.
- Document changes to the tenant, provide knowledge articles, and support training efforts.
- Lead or participate in IT audits, incident response investigations, and security assessments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on architecture decisions, licensing, projects, and tool integrations.
- BA/BS in Information Systems or related field preferred.
- 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise Microsoft 365 administration.
- Prior experience as a Global Admin with multi-region user base strongly preferred.
- Experience in a regulated environment (A&D, DoD, ITAR, CMMC, FedRAMP) highly desirable.
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Purview, Defender.
- Strong scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Graph API).
- Proficient in managing Entra ID (Azure AD), licensing, MFA, Conditional Access.
- Familiar with Microsoft Compliance Center, DLP, Information Protection, and eDiscovery workflows.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Defender suite, including threat hunting, remediation, and incident response.
- Endpoint and device management via Intune.
- Familiar with Zero Trust architecture and best practices.

- Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator(SC-400)

- CompTIA Security+, CISSP (preferred)
Our compensation package is a blend of base salary and equity options for eligible employees. The range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000. We consider a number of factors when presenting a final offer, including geography, internal equity and years of experience and expertise.
