The EWIS Wiring Architect will define EWIS architecture, develop requirements, conduct analyses, and collaborate for aircraft wiring systems integration.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, driving organizational design, talent management, employee relations, change leadership, and programs to strengthen engagement, retention, and leadership capability while ensuring compliance with employment laws and collaborating with People Ops, TA, and L&D.
