The Microsoft 365 Adoption & Change Management Consultant is responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, and delivery of adoption and change management programmes that maximize the value of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments. You will take ownership of driving organizational readiness, user adoption, change enablement, training, and value realization to ensure Microsoft 365 investments deliver measurable business outcomes across enterprise and public sector organizations.

This is a hands-on consulting role focused on delivery: translating business transformation objectives into structured change management programmes, owning the adoption lifecycle, and ensuring Microsoft 365 and Copilot solutions achieve sustainable user adoption, behavioral change, and measurable productivity improvements.

Responsibilities:

Adoption Strategy & Readiness

  • Conduct organizational and change readiness assessments to identify stakeholder needs, user personas, adoption barriers, and high-value business use cases.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops to define Microsoft 365 and Copilot vision, business objectives, success metrics, and phased adoption roadmaps.
  • Develop adoption strategies aligned with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.

Change Management & Communications

  • Design and deliver structured change management programmes using recognized methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement plans, executive sponsorship strategies, communications plans, and resistance management activities.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives that promote successful adoption of Microsoft 365 and Copilot capabilities.

Enablement & Training

  • Design and deliver role-based training programmes, workshops, learning paths, and user enablement initiatives tailored to different business personas.
  • Develop Microsoft Viva Learning content and learning experiences to support continuous adoption.
  • Establish, train, and manage Microsoft 365 and Copilot Champions Networks to encourage peer learning and sustained user engagement.

Value Realization & Adoption Analytics

  • Monitor adoption and usage using Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Microsoft 365 usage analytics, Microsoft 365 Copilot analytics, and Viva Insights.
  • Develop executive dashboards and adoption reports to measure user engagement, productivity improvements, and business outcomes.
  • Analyze adoption metrics and user feedback to recommend continuous improvements to enablement strategies, communications, and solution configurations.
  • Partner with technical consultants to translate adoption insights into enhancements across Microsoft 365 solutions.

Client Advisory & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted advisor by helping organizations maximize the business value of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot investments.
  • Collaborate closely with Copilot & AI Productivity, Collaboration & Content, Data Security & Compliance, Endpoint & Identity, and Power Platform consultants to deliver integrated Microsoft 365 transformation programmes.
  • Conduct executive briefings, adoption workshops, change planning sessions, and value realization reviews with client stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering technology adoption, organizational change management, or Microsoft 365 transformation programmes, including Microsoft 365 and ideally Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments.
  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering Microsoft 365 adoption, change management, and user enablement programmes.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and digital workplace transformation initiatives.
  • Practical experience applying structured change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or equivalent frameworks.
  • Experience developing organizational change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, executive sponsorship programmes, and communication plans.
  • Experience designing and delivering role-based training programmes, workshops, learning paths, and Champions programmes.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Viva Learning and other Microsoft 365 learning platforms to support user adoption.
  • Experience measuring Microsoft 365 adoption using Microsoft 365 usage analytics, Microsoft 365 Copilot analytics, and Viva Insights.
  • Ability to develop adoption dashboards, executive reports, value realization frameworks, and success metrics.
  • Strong facilitation, workshop delivery, executive communication, stakeholder management, and business consulting skills.
  • Ability to translate organizational objectives into scalable adoption and change management programmes.
  • Produce adoption strategies, change management plans, communication plans, training materials, executive presentations, adoption dashboards, operational documentation, and knowledge transfer artefacts.
  • Additional organizational change management or Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
  • Ability to support client engagements across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, Iraq, Egypt, and Sudan.
  • Ownership of Microsoft 365 adoption, change management, user enablement, and value realization programes across enterprise and public sector clients.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Certifications (Preferred) - Prosci Change Management Certification, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), Microsoft 365 Copilot-related Microsoft certifications
