QualificationsWHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- Current enrollment in an approved teacher education program
- A specific certification area and grade-level range you're pursuing
- Ability to meet MCDS's background check and compliance requirements prior to starting
- A university-assigned supervising professor and confirmed practicum hour requirements
- Willingness to commit to an agreed-upon schedule for the full practicum term

What We Do
Miami Country Day School (MCDS) is an independent, coeducational, nonprofit PK–12 college-preparatory school in Miami Shores, serving roughly 1,300–1,400 students.
