Management Information & Business Intelligence
Support the Lead tracking and review of key MI including: CRM / Salesforce, Call logging, Pipeline reporting & Client & RM-level MI (MyMI).
Transform raw operational data into structured, insight-driven business intelligence.
Ensuring the updates of Standardised scorecards, Executive dashboards, Performance monitoring tools
Ensure consistency, governance, and alignment of reporting across business units.
Translate data outputs into forward-looking insights to support strategic performance reviews.
Data Analytics
Support the Head of Data / BI & Analytics Lead – CIB in delivering data and analytical projects.
To provide support in business enablement and creation of information to inform decision making, through the execution of delivering data, formatting information, querying databases, developing and updating reports, and assisting with projects when needed.
Creation of data packs / analytics / presentations for Head of Data.
To provide timely and accurate reporting to business to enable informed decision making.
Building dashboards using BI applications and data visualization tools that the bank uses (including PowerBI).
Attending to business data queries and providing the relevant information or scripts.
Support Data Governance and Control to ensure accuracy of Data collected. and ensure Data governance required are met and adhere.
Manage / Lead Data Clean-up / Remediation projects.
Knowledge of source data systems, banking products & services as well as the service delivery process.
Client Analytics
Perform client-level performance analysis to identify revenue growth opportunities.
Preparation of data-driven Client Value Propositions (CVPs).
Analyse sales activity, ecosystem banking opportunities, and pipeline conversion.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics or a related field.
Preferred Experience:
3+ years of working experience preferably in the banking sector.
Knowledge & Skills:
Management information (MI) governance.
Competitive and market analysis.
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
Technical Competencies:
Strong data storytelling and insight generation.
Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlikview.
Familiarity with SQL or any programming language (Python, R, VBA, etc.)
Ability to communicate findings clearly and simply.
