UCT is looking for a talented Manager, Regional Sales to join us in Singapore!  The Manager, Regional Sales, is a professional who manages and oversees the sales operations. He/she will be responsible for designing plans to meet targets, developing relationships with clients/customers, and collaborate with ENG and OPS to grow market share in Southeast Asia

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the Southeast Asia market
  • Manage and lead a team of sales executives to meet set targets and KPI
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • Maintain good working relationship with ENG and OPS team to win together

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

 

Educational/Certification Requirement:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent; MS/MBA degree will be a plus

 

Experience Requirement:

Work Experience:

  • 10+ yrs., in which 5+ yrs in sales related positions
  • Experience of working in suppliers of semiconductor fabs is a plus.
