Growth and profitability of the cards portfolio through product innovation, sales enablement, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Performance
Accountable for product P&L and delivery of annual business targets, in collaboration with sales, distribution, and support units.Product Development
Design, develop, and launch new product variants. Drive end-to-end execution, ensuring readiness across systems, processes, compliance, and legal approvals.Product Management
Oversee portfolio performance, including product lifecycle, feature enhancements, migrations, and upgrades. Respond to customer and internal queries on products and promotions.Cost & Profitability Management
Optimize product competitiveness while managing reward costs and feature expenses. Balance customer value with cost efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.Marketing & Communications
Drive product visibility through ATL and BTL campaigns. Enhance value propositions via targeted promotions and initiatives.Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures. Review and update frameworks as needed.

Skills Required
- Ownership of product P&L and delivery of annual business targets
- Designing, developing, and launching new product variants with end-to-end execution
- Experience managing card products or payments portfolio (lifecycle, migrations, upgrades)
- Ability to collaborate with sales, distribution, support, legal, and compliance stakeholders
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, policies, and governance in banking products
- Experience planning and executing ATL and BTL marketing campaigns and targeted promotions
- Experience optimising product cost, reward costs and balancing customer value with cost efficiency
- Responding to customer and internal product and promotion queries
