As the MGR, OMT RDA PROCESS_CELL at Micron in Taichung, Taiwan, you will be essential to driving engineering excellence. You will also contribute to our world-class team. Your main responsibilities include:

Managing, measuring, and monitoring projects to ensure deliverables and time frames are strictly met. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining our reputation for timely and flawless project execution.
Taking charge as the Yield 5 bucket defect bin owner. You will partner with OMT associates and IDL team members to improve the IDL program, ensuring continuous improvement and outstanding performance.
Collaborating with QE/YE/PI teams to develop containment strategies for key issues, ensuring that only the highest quality products are shipped from our facilities.
Partnering with suppliers to generate yield solutions that align with our ambitious goals. Your proactive engagement will help us compete at the highest level in the industry.
Identifying and exploring new methods of analysis and automation to improve efficiency for your team members. Your new way will contribute to operational excellence and drive success.
Coordinating the training program and successor support plan to foster organizational development. Your leadership will ensure that our team members are well-prepared for future challenges and opportunities.
