Manages the overall intercompany accounting process, completing identification and escalation of intercompany and inventory account reconciling items in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or local equivalent Panduit policies and procedures Statutory and Regulatory requirements. Provides technical expertise to functional or operational area such as accounting, AP, AR, while managing a group ogf accounting analyst.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible of overall intercompany accounting process, completing identification and escalation of intercompany and inventory account reconciling items (30%)
- Maintains accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of accounting data in compliance with internal controls and corporate policies (15%)
- Manage the escalation of issues identified and coordination with Accountants and Corp. Finance to identify a solution and resolve the issue (20%)
- Interact and coordinate with various finance and accounting groups such as Corporate Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Audit and Finance Teams (10%)
- Participates in annual audits and projects. (10%)
- Team management for Intercompany accounting analyst. (15%)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Experience and understanding of accounting related to intercompany inventory movements, operational transfer pricing, and foreign currency exchange
- Solid knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial statement analysis, including understanding of internal control requirements and relevant business environment
- Highly analytical, excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, and administrative skills, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Continuous improvement mindset; experience with process improvements and optimization a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Years of Experience: 5-7 years in Accounting, A/R, A/P, or Payroll
CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR LICENSES:
- Preferred Certifications and/or Licenses: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or local equivalent

- 10%
