Marketing Communication Manager supervises and develops a company to target market communications strategy by creating marketing plans that attract more customers and ensure company’s business messages, advertisements and digital contents reach the target audience. The main role is to create awareness, enable greater understanding and promote interest in a company's products or services. He/she makes sure the target audience finds out about a product or service and capture the interested party to convert into sales leads by utilizing most effective communication channels. This is a people manager role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance business offerings awareness in expanding market potential.
- Spearhead company’s event and tradeshow strategy, including but not limited to: identifying and project managing key events, maintain pre- and post-show communication, conduct event attendance/results review.
- Plan and execute business messaging customer advocacy activities via selective digital marketing channels, social media platforms, websites that will reach targeted audience most effectively.
- Develop and drive eCommerce initiatives for improved process/customer experience, capturing leads & expansion of coverage.
- Plan, negotiate, execute contracts and manage budget for large- and small-scale events, promotion campaigns, marketing collateral, premiums/giveaways, incentives, operation expenses, etc.
- Drive marketing influenced pipeline and generate marketing qualified leads (MQL) through onsite/online activations and support of the sales team and channel partners.
- Manage company’s websites, social media platform’s contents and comments/feedbacks handling
- Promote and upkeep brand images/messages in all customer contact points, i.e. Showrooms, exhibitions, marketing materials, etc.
- Analyse, track, and report on marketing promotion activities ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics.
- Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights, shape and communicate our vision and mission, translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Close communication & collaboration with regional/headquarter teams to align and execute strategies.
- People Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing people working on brand marketing, lead generation and eCommerce initiatives.

Requirements:
- Min 8 years working experience with a solid 3 years managing teams.
- Pleasant personality, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess leadership quality.
- Able to articulate and possess effective presentation skills as you are required to present to the senior leadership team.
