The Manager – Enterprise Change Management supports enterprise strategic and operational initiatives by leading the people side of change to drive adoption, readiness, sustainment, and leader effectiveness. By enabling workforce readiness and behavioral adoption, this role enables successful strategy deployment and realization of initiative outcomes. Operating within the Change Management Center of Excellence, the Manager partners with executive sponsors, initiative leaders, Strategic Project Management, and core enterprise partners to assess readiness, enable leaders, and execute change strategies aligned to the enterprise change methodology. The role focuses on embedding consistent change practices across initiatives while translating strategy into practical, leader‑ready enablement.

Education

  • Required - Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, human resources, psychology, communications, or related field.
  • Preferred - Master's Degree

Work Experience

  • Required - 7 years proven success leading or supporting large-scale transformational change efforts impacting workforce, culture, and organizational capability.
    Experience partnering with senior leaders and enterprise teams to support change leadership effectiveness and workforce alignment.
  • Preferred - Experience in healthcare or a similarly complex, regulated environment.

Certifications

  • Required - Certification in change management methodologies: PROSCI Change Management, Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) (At hire or within first 6 months of hire)
  • Preferred - Additional training or certification in advanced facilitation or organizational transformation.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Knowledge of structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) and ability to apply them to drive adoption, readiness, reinforcement, and sustainment in complex organizations.
  • Ability to think systemically across people, roles, processes, technology, and culture, and to understand how change efforts support enterprise strategy execution and initiative outcomes.
  • Skill in supporting executive sponsors and people leaders to demonstrate effective change leadership behaviors, including visible sponsorship, alignment, and reinforcement—without formal authority.
  • Strong executive‑level communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage diverse audiences, manage resistance, and translate change impacts into clear, actionable messages.
  • Ability to assess readiness, gather qualitative and quantitative feedback, and use adoption indicators to guide enablement, reinforcement, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change strategy, readiness, adoption, and training enablement, including developing or applying structured change approaches, principles, and tools.

Job Duties

  • Leads the people side of change for enterprise strategic and operational initiatives, driving adoption, readiness, and sustainment to enable successful strategy and initiative outcomes.
  • Assesses stakeholder, impact, and readiness needs to determine change and leader enablement requirements.
  • Executes change management activities aligned to the enterprise change methodology and Change COE standards.
  • Enables leader effectiveness during change by supporting sponsor alignment, manager enablement, and reinforcement of change expectations and behaviors.
  • Develops and applies change playbooks, tools, templates, and job aids that support leaders and employees in adopting new ways of working.
  • Partners with the Strategy Division and Strategic Project Management to align change support with initiative intent and timing.
  • Partners with Talent & Learning, Internal Communications, Employee Experience, and HR Business Partners to align enablement and adoption support.
  • Supports adoption through change champion networks and monitoring of adoption, readiness, and sustainment indicators.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
