Position Summary
This role supports the Medicare Advantage Sales & Acquisitions team by owning the operational backbone of the team, including onboarding and access, shared documentation, delivery artifacts, and the collaboration tools the team depends on. Alongside those duties, this individual contributor carries a product-management remit: coordinating user feedback into product roadmaps, maintaining product and initiative documentation, and keeping leadership informed on progress. Working with team leads and Product partners, this person coordinates the day-to-day processes that allow engineers and product staff to focus on delivery and maintains the traceability and reporting that leadership relies on to track progress against product initiatives and annual readiness cycles.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Medicare Advantage products, business operations, and related technology frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Workday and Jira.
- Experience supporting internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Ability to perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting an IT delivery or Agile team (Scrum or Kanban).
- Familiarity administering Confluence and SharePoint sites.
- Experience building executive-ready PowerPoint decks and Excel workbooks.
- Exposure to Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) or a comparable annual operating cycle.
- Experience with ServiceNow or another IT ticketing system.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
