At UDR Inc., finance is more than reporting, it’s about influencing strategy at the enterprise level. We’re looking for a highly analytical and forward-thinking Manager to help shape decisions that impact the future of the business across operations, investments, and long-term growth.
This role sits within Corporate FP&A and partners closely with senior leadership to drive forecasting, strategic modeling, capital planning, and executive-level insights. You’ll work across the organization to transform data into meaningful recommendations, support high-visibility planning cycles, and help modernize the way we analyze and operate through automation and AI-driven efficiencies.
What You’ll Be Driving- Enterprise forecasting across earnings, cash flow, balance sheet performance, and key operating metrics
- Strategic financial modeling tied to acquisitions, dispositions, capital allocation, and long-range planning
- Scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to support executive and Board-level decision-making
- Quarterly earnings support and preparation for investor and analyst discussions
- Business planning processes and Board presentation materials
- Variance analysis and performance insights that guide reforecasting and operational decisions
- Process improvements, automation initiatives, and AI-forward analytical enhancements
- Strong financial modeling and strategic analysis capabilities
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable business recommendations
- Confidence partnering cross-functionally with leaders across multiple business lines
- Executive presence with strong communication and presentation skills
- Curiosity around process improvement, automation, and leveraging technology to work smarter
- Ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Experience in Corporate FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Public Accounting, or related finance functions
- REIT or real estate exposure is a plus
- CFA or CPA (or progress toward designation) preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise required

Salary Range
- $90,000-$125,000, depends on experience
Bonus Potential
- Eligible for 15% annual bonus potential, based on personal and company performance
