ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Manager, Control, you will be a key financial leader supporting AB ONE’s Marketplace segment. You will work with 3rd party suppliers as well as the AB ONE locations to ensure accurate financial reporting and look for opportunities to improve processes. This role requires the ability to collaborate across functions.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

Research Variances between Marketplace Invoices & POs in VIP

Work with Warehouse Team & Pricing to ensure inventory is correct

Hold Monthly meetings with Branch warehouse team (if necessary for recon)

Reconcile payment disputes with suppliers

Review Supplier AR and reach out for collections - reduce Bad Debt

Proof and Pay Marketplace Invoices

Support Central AB ONE Marketplace team in financial analysis and P&L creation
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree required, finance or accounting degree preferred

3+ years of experience providing analytical support in Accounting/Finance

Thorough understanding of financial processes, including financial statements, general accounting

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset and strong team orientation

Ability to work in a team environment and accept delegated tasks from team

Experience with MS office Suite

High sense of urgency and ability to work with minimal direct supervision
