Why JoinAs an AI & Data Analyst in the Group Risk Management (GRM) transformation team, you will use AI and data to develop practical use cases that support business growth, improve customer engagement, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen decision-making across the bank.
You will work alongside business stakeholders, risk managers, data engineers, data scientists, and technology teams to solve real business problems using AI, data, analytics, and digital tools. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern data platforms and emerging AI technologies in one of Asia’s leading financial institutions.
You will also guide Risk Management departments on best practices relating to model selection, cost estimation for GenAI workloads, and benefit realisation for AI use cases.

What You DoStakeholder Management
Partner with key stakeholders to understand objectives, define requirements, and develop AI & data-driven solutions.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and data scientists to translate business challenges into implementable AI, digital, and data solutions.
Promote awareness and understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, and advanced analytics across Group Risk Management.
Influence business decisions through evidence-based recommendations and clear communication of insights.
AI, Digital & Data (ADD)
Promote a data-driven, AI-enabled and innovation-led culture across Group Risk Management.
Build solutions to meet business requirements using traditional AI, machine learning, GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, and analytics capabilities.
Develop, deploy, and monitor AI and analytics solutions that support business and risk management priorities.
Maintain and enhance existing AI and analytics solutions deployed by the transformation team
Provide oversight of AI- and data-related work items across Risk Management departments.
Guide Risk Management departments on best practices for model selection, GenAI workload cost estimation, and benefit realisation.
Collaboration & Governance
Work closely with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to support analytics use cases and business initiatives.
Adhere to data governance, privacy, regulatory, and responsible AI requirements.
Contribute to documentation, reusable assets, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of analytics practices.
Experience & Qualifications
Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in AI, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
Ability to plan and manage the end-to-end execution of complex deliverables and associated timelines.
Experience in banking, financial services, or a regulated industry is advantageous.
Technical Skills
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI application development.
Knowledge of Agentic AI Platforms & Frameworks is advantageous.
Experience with DevOps and delivery tools such as Confluent, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and JIRA.
Experience with Power BI or equivalent visualisation tools.
Experience using Python or a similar analytical programming language.
Proficiency in Excel.
SQL and data analysis capabilities.
Experience with AWS services such as Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon QuickSight, Athena, and Redshift, or experience with Microsoft Copilot, is advantageous.
Experience with automation tools, such as Microsoft Power Automate, is advantageous.
