Oversees the accounting function to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. Reviews financial statements and reports, identifies discrepancies, and implements corrective actions as needed. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directs the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Manages a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to enhance team effectiveness.
Reviews financial statements and reports for accuracy, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Required Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Years of Experience: 5-7 years in job family related
CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR LICENSES:
- Preferred Certifications and/or Licenses: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or local equivalent
SKILLS:
- Customer Service focused, developing relationships by listening and understanding the customer (both internal and external). Anticipates and provides solutions and alternatives to customer needs; giving high priority to customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to be an example of, and influence, the Panduit culture
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI or Tableau, Python or SQL, and AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making a plus.
• Oracle experience preferred: FCCS, ARCS, Fusion - English full professional proficiency
