The management training program has been established to assist management in filling executive and supervisory positions within the Pinnacle Bancorp banks and to permit a trainee to absorb a wide range of banking activities to fully familiarize him or herself with the total operation of a bank in a relatively short period of time. - Responsible for learning daily operations of retail, operations, and lending in branch environment.
- Prospects new customers. Cross sells banking services to new and existing customers.
- Prepares reports for Management.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of loan accounts and assist with preparation for loan committee.
- Completes required trainings.
- Attends customer or bank sponsored events and actively builds relationships.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Regular and reliable attendance.

- College degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related area.
