Robert Bosch LLC seeks Mfg. Execution Systems Design Engineer- SR (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 1010 Scotts Bridge Road, Anderson, SC 29621. Develop and maintain applications for logistics and manufacturing in Linux/Python ecosystem. Coordinate Intralogistics Application System implementation and rollout for the plant for current and incoming lines. Responsible for .Net software development (C#, VBA) and database management and development (Oracle and Microsoft SQL). Connect production lines to traceability systems to store production data for quality assurance and in case of customer recalls. Develop and maintain Apache Kafka pipelines from production lines for logistics apps. Create and maintain NEXEED ERPSAP pipelines. REQS: This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Plus 5 years of experience as a Nexeed MES Traceability Engineer, OpCon MES Engineer or occupation involving Manufacturing Execution Systems. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Interacting with NEXEED MES to alter or create new MES uses cases; (2) Connecting to database systems and performing complex queries; (3) .Net software development; (4) Fundamental concepts of Manufacturing Execution Systems, including how MES interfaces with production processes; and (5) Windows Operating system or related tools.
