Position Summary:
New product development, fixture and tooling design and processes standardization etc.
Work You’ll Do:
1. Complete the 2D drawings design for the fixture according to the application department.
2. Guide the fixture manufacturing work and track the process.
3. Build the fixture files.
4. Maintain and guide the use of fixture periodically.
5. Confirm and manage the tooling life.
6. Apply the new tooling properly and the new SAP number of the tooling.
7. Set the safety stock.
8. Cooperate with purchasing department to develop the new suppliers of tooling.
9. Track and record the result of tooling test.
10. Put forward the improvement advices.
11. Do the preliminary investigation about the improvement.
12. Finish the final improvement scheme and cost budget.
13. Implementing the plans.
14. Tracking the implementation process.
Basic Qualifications:
Education: College and above
Major: Mechanical
Language: Good English communication skills
Professional knowledge: Familiar with the mechanical processing technology
Professional technology: Machining
Competency: Familiar with CAD/ Pro-E/ Office software
Experience: More than 5 years machining experiences
