- Supervisar y dar seguimiento a nuevos programas para productos, liberación o relocalización de nuevas líneas en base a procesos QG’S (CDQ0304 Quality Gates, GS0550) o APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) con el fin de cumplir con la producción de acuerdo con los requerimientos de cliente.
- Diseñar nuevos procesos para proyectos de acuerdo con incremento de capacidad de producción, AMEF y plan de control con el fin de mejorar el flujo de los procesos de acuerdo con las especificaciones requeridas en los PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) proporcionadas por QMM.
- Supervisar corridas de prueba internas con el fin de lograr la liberación de procesos, maquinaria y equipo de acuerdo con las necesidades emergentes de la planta o cliente.
- Desarrollar procesos con el fin de asegurar y simplificar el cumplimiento de la calidad y productividad con un costo más bajo al actual.
- Planear la distribución del área de producción del VSL en conjunto al departamento de HCM de acuerdo con los requerimientos de la unidad de negocios, con el fin de cumplir con la calidad en el producto y la demanda del cliente.
