Coordinates manufacturing teams in the United States and India, develops facilities, interprets engineering drawings, BOMs, and routings, and applies PFMEA, SOPs, poka-yoke, Kaizen, lean manufacturing, and waste reduction. Supports engineering change management, jig and fixture design, process improvements, and product implementation. Requires mechanical or automobile engineering education, automotive or EV experience, US-shift availability, and proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
