About Telepatia

Telepatia AI is a healthtech company on a mission to transform healthcare in Latin America and beyond. Born at Stanford and built by doctors for doctors, our platform introduces AI Healthcare Employees that work invisibly inside clinical workflows: transcribing consultations in real time, generating structured medical records, offering evidence-based decision support, and integrating seamlessly with any current health system, all without disrupting the physician's flow.

Already adopted by thousands of doctors and leading hospitals across the region, Telepatia has demonstrated measurable impact: reducing cognitive load, improving patient experience, and increasing adherence to clinical protocols.

Our vision is bold: to turn scarcity into abundance by empowering healthcare professionals with scalable, trustworthy intelligence, and to pursue nothing less than the first Nobel Prize in Medicine for Latin America since 1984 with an AI Doctor.

About the role

Doctors do not adopt software because a contract was signed. They adopt it because someone was next to them during their first consultations, answered their questions, fixed the small things and showed them the note was better than what they would have typed. That someone is you.

You will spend most of your time in the field, inside hospitals and clinics, making sure doctors learn, trust and love the product. You are the bridge between medical teams, our product and the engineering squads.

Core skills: (i) Empathy and communication with doctors (ii) Adaptability and organization in unstructured environments (iii) Persistence in driving adoption (iv) Energy and ownership.

One requirement: Be patient-centered (and cool). Languages: Spanish (native), English (basic technical comprehension).

What you will do
  • Guide doctors during their first consultations with Telepatia's scribe, on site, specialty by specialty.

  • Provide hands-on support (technical and emotional) to make the transition to AI-assisted documentation smooth.

  • Monitor adoption metrics: consultations per doctor, drop-off rate, time to first success; act on them daily.

  • Collect feedback and communicate insights to product, engineering and the Medicine team.

  • Assist with patient consent (consentimiento informado) and make sure compliance is in place at every site.

  • Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers for setup and technical troubleshooting.

  • Train new users on best practices to maximize note accuracy and speed; identify champions who help usage grow organically.

What we look for

More than experience, we look for attitude and drive.

  • Recent graduate or early career: nursing, biomedical engineering, health administration, clinical research coordination or hospital operations.

  • Strong communication skills and empathy with medical professionals; comfortable with busy, skeptical doctors.

  • Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, unstructured environments.

  • Comfort spending most of your time inside hospitals, interacting with different specialists.

  • Passion for healthcare, technology and improving doctors' lives.

  • Grit, ownership and emotional intelligence.

Nice to have

  • Hospital operations, digital health or change management experience.

  • Junior medical representative or clinical research coordinator background.

  • Experience activating users for a software, fintech or medical-device company.

What we offer
  • Base salary: USD 1,000 to 1,500 per month, depending on experience.

  • Variable: based on doctor activation performance.

  • Training with the Onboarding team in Colombia, where more than 25 institutions have been activated.

  • Direct mentorship from the AI Deployment Strategist and the Country Manager.

  • Career progression into Lead Onboarding Specialist, Customer Success or the Medicine team as Mexico scales.

  • Every doctor you activate touches thousands of patients.

How we work
  • We're always on.

  • We own what we do and don't wait for anyone.

  • We move fast and with focus.

  • We play to win.

What this means for you
  • Ask questions. There are no silos; we grow by learning together.

  • Own your work. Don't wait until tomorrow; don't hand over unfinished work.

  • Speak up. Every voice matters, no matter the title.

  • Focus on impact. Prioritize what moves the needle.

  • Leave things better than you found them. Early stages are messy; your job is to make them less so.

Interview process
  1. Motivation and alignment: 30 minutes with the People team.

  2. Scenario simulation: 45 minutes: doctor onboarding role-play, with the AI Deployment Strategist.

  3. Culture and values: 30 minutes with a founder.
