Job DescriptionIn this BDM role you will:
- Own the full presales cycle — from opportunity identification to closing complex cloud, data, and AI deals, managing your pipeline in Salesforce with discipline and a results-first mindset.
- Design AWS-based solutions (EC2, S3, SageMaker, Bedrock, Redshift, Glue) that connect technical capabilities to real business outcomes, leading conversations with CTOs, architects, and executive teams with equal credibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to sharpen go-to-market execution and contribute to sales assets (case studies, battlecards, playbooks).
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Facilitate the adoption of US cultural and technical processes within the Colombian branch and the broader NOLA region.
10 - 12 years of experience in business development, presales, or solution architecture in the technology sector
Proven track record closing high-value deals in cloud, data, or AI/ML
Strong functional knowledge of AWS: EC2, S3, SageMaker, Bedrock, Redshift, Glue, Athena
Experience working within or alongside the AWS Partner Network (APN)
Proficiency in consultative sales methodologies: MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN
Fluent English — written and spoken — required for international client and partner engagement
AWS Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) — desirable
