The MEU S4o9 Data & Analytics Lead is responsible for bridging the gap between functional business teams in MEU Region and Global business and technical teams during S4o9 transformation project.
This role ensures that Regional business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration across departments. The aim is to deliver S4o9 Data & Analytics agenda successfully which includes remediation of use cases on SAP BW and GCP, along with data enablement and new rollouts in o9.
How you will contribute
• Drive S4o9 Data & Analytics end-to-end deliverables including remediation of use cases on SAP BW and GCP, along with data enablement and new rollouts in o9.
• Conduct an inventory of current MEU Data & Analytics applications and perform impact analysis.
• Contribute to Global template and design, ensuring MEU regional inputs are captured through fit-gap analysis and defining MEU scope partnering with S4o9 Regional Leads, Data & Analytics professionals, and other workstreams.
• Ensure the successful migration, remediation and optimization of Data & analytics capabilities within the new S/4HANA environment.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with MEU business objectives and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the S4o9 transformation project.
• Ensure continued adoption of remediated and new reports aiming to optimize data processes and analytics performance post-transformation.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
• Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT, and project management with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence, within IT or business function. SAP ECC to S4 experience and/or supply chain planning experience strongly recommended.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and manage cross-functional teams in a global environment. Experience in transformation projects is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and BI tools. Experience with SAP systems is a strong plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluent English.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
