EDUCACIÓN:
Bachillerato o Carrera Técnica.
De preferencia con especialidad en Calidad
CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS:
Manejo de programas de computación (ambiente Windows)
Lectura de dibujos.
Conocimientos básicos en GD&T (Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing).
Manejo de herramientas.
Manejo de instrumentos de medición.
Manejo de equipo de pruebas.
Administración del tiempo
Conocimientos básicos de la norma ISO 9001
Conocimiento en norma ISO 10012
Manejo de computadora (ambiente Windows)
Conocimientos relacionados en los procesos de fabricación
Habilidad para trabajar en equipo
RESPONSABILIDADES Y/O FUNCIONES
Dar seguimiento al programa mensual de instrumentos uso de programa gage trak.
Calibrar instrumentos de acuerdo con instructivo.
Hacer solicitudes a producción para notificar que se calibrará el instrumento.
Dar de alta a instrumentos nuevos.
Dar de baja a instrumentos dañados.
Tomar muestras de contenido de humedad en horno de temperatura.
Tomar muestras de contenido de humedad en líneas de alta presión.
Tomar muestras de amperaje y voltaje.
Hacer reporte y controlar gráficas de contenido de humedad y amperaje-voltaje.
Elaborar análisis dimensionales y reportes para FAI’s / PPAP.
Realizar solicitud para fabricación de herramentales.
Llevar a cabo el control de documentos.
Manejar los equipos de medición y herramientas GO – No GO.
Dar capacitación a operadores o auditores de calidad en uso y cuidado de instrumentos de medición.
Interpretación de Planos.
Apoyar en actualización y altas de instructivos, formatos, ayudas y alertas visuales.
Ajustar en Válvulas las Maquinas USON en PSI & Temperatura
