This position is responsible for collecting meter readings by leveraging meter collection tools as well as direct interaction with customers.
- Complete daily meter collection assignments
- Call customers to collect meter readings on non-networked devices
- Upload and download meter readings using various software/tools
- Work with internal IT Helpdesk to link data collection tools to customer devices
- Monitors daily “issue” reporting and takes appropriate corrective actions to resolve data collection issues
- Processes the billing on service contracts once valid meters are input
- Provide management and ad-hoc reports utilizing Microsoft Excel
- Effectively communicate with employees and interact with customers in a courteous and appropriate manner
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook).
- Proficiency in E-Automate or other similar ERP system
- Proficiency with ECM/Workflow software
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with time sensitive deadlines
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- Ability to sit at desk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications.
- Ability to type and compose written communication in various forms.
- Ability to lift 20+lbs on occasion.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
Skills Required
