We are looking for a highly execution-driven Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs for automotive clients. This role requires strong ownership across multiple workstreams, ensuring seamless collaboration between business, product, and engineering teams while driving high-quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Management
● Drive end-to-end execution of technology programs across Product, Engineering, QA,
and Business teams
● Define scope, milestones, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
● Ensure cross-functional alignment and proactive issue resolution
● Manage multiple parallel workstreams with clear prioritization
Technical Program Management
● Work closely with engineering teams on:
○ Backend systems, APIs, and integrations
○ Platform architecture and scalability
○ System dependencies across modules
● Translate business requirements into structured technical execution plans
● Ensure feasibility, performance, and delivery quality
Stakeholder & Client Management
● Act as the primary interface with client stakeholders
● Drive regular reviews, reporting, and alignment discussions
● Manage expectations, escalations, and delivery commitments
Quality & Release Management
● Coordinate QA, UAT, and production releases
● Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance
● Maintain documentation, reporting, and delivery tracking
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with strong experience across digital product delivery, program
management, and technical execution, with a clear bias toward hands-on backgrounds.
Core Experience
● Proven experience managing end-to-end digital product / project lifecycle
● Strong background in technical program / project management
Experience working with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams
● Exposure to automotive digital platforms or similar large-scale systems
Technical Depth
● Candidates who started their careers in software development / engineering roles
OR
● Project / Program Managers who still have:
○ Strong understanding of development workflows
○ Hands-on exposure to backend systems, APIs, or system architecture
○ Ability to engage deeply with engineering teams

● Ability to:
○ Translate business requirements into technical execution plans
