About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Social Media Ads Manager to manage and optimize our ecommerce client’s paid social media campaigns, primarily on Meta/Facebook.You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and brand awareness through effective ad campaigns. You will report to the Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid social media strategies, primarily on Meta/Facebook.
- Manage Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and
optimization. - Create compelling ad copy and visuals that align with brand guidelines.
Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize campaign performance and hone value
prop messaging. - Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results, providing actionable insights.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing
objectives. - Explore and potentially expand to other paid social channels like YouTube and TikTok
based on Facebook campaign success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, with a focus on
Facebook Ads Manager. - Proven track record of creating and optimizing successful Facebook ad campaigns
(please provide examples or portfolio). - Deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform, including targeting options,
bidding strategies, and ad formats. - Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Looker Studio a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in US time zone, 40 hours per week
