The Messenger at Nawy Real Estate plays a key role in facilitating communication and ensuring the smooth flow of documents and packages within the organization. This position involves delivering and collecting important paperwork, messages, and parcels between various departments or to external clients, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver documents, packages, and messages to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Ensure the safe and secure transport of sensitive documents.
- Maintain an organized log of deliveries and pickups.
- Assist with administrative tasks when not actively delivering items.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
- Adhere to all safety and transportation regulations.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Messenger or in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
- Strong knowledge of the local area and efficient route planning.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Valid driver's license (if required for delivery roles) and a reliable vehicle may be needed for transportation tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
