- Oversee and optimize MES implementation to enhance production and engineering processes.
- Troubleshoot and analyze MES-related issues, developing solutions in collaboration with IT and team.
- Establish best practices for MES usage and prepare system-related reports.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for MES updates and new features.
- Provide training and support for MES users in production and engineering teams.
- Work closely with IT and vendors to align MES configurations with business needs
- Participate in corporate-driven software and digital transformation projects.
- Key person representing process engineering department to participate in corporate-driven software projects.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MES, manufacturing systems, or industrial automation.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and how MES supports efficiency and quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English.
- Experience with databases SQL, PowerApps, or process automation tools is a plus.
