What will you do?
Develop and implement technological solutions that integrate systems, automate manual processes and optimize plant operations, ensuring efficiency, precision and continuous improvement in key processes.
How will you do it?
· Software development:
- Create and maintain applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Angular and jQuery.
- Design and manage SQL Server databases to ensure efficient and secure access to information.
· Optimization and automation:
-Automate manual processes in areas such as quality, human resources, warehouse and manufacturing.
-Identify opportunities for technological improvement and propose practical solutions.
· Integration with SAP:
- Perform queries, manage RFCs, BAPIs and transactions in SAP to integrate systems and optimize information flows.
· Project management:
-Plan and manage development projects, ensuring compliance with times and resources.
-Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze and define requirements.
· Testing and documentation:
- Perform testing and debugging of developed applications.
- Document technical procedures and create user manuals.
· Support and mentoring:
- Resolve technical incidents and provide support to end users.
- Provide mentoring to other developers on the team.
· Work together with COE TEAM in Transformation Activities.
· Be responsible for supporting users of existing Plant applications
· Ensure that the cost reduction initiatives are implemented at the factory.
· Support continues improvement initiatives within the production and other departments.
· Report all injuries, almost accidents, unsafe acts / conditions and occupational health problems and take the necessary corrective measures, as well as support in the investigation.
· Support and comply with all security practices, systems and rules established in the company.
· Keep the areas clean and tidy, maintaining the 5’s standards.
· Properly use Personal Protective Equipment.
What are we looking for?
Required:
Languages and frameworks: C#, .NET, JavaScript, Angular, jQuery.
Databases: SQL Server.
ERP: SAP (RFC, BAPIs, queries, transactions).
Development environments: Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio.
Effective communication: Ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Teamwork: Collaboration with different areas and teams to achieve common goals.
Leadership: Ability to coordinate projects, guide teams and foster a positive environment.
Problem solving: Analytical ability to identify problems and propose efficient solutions.
Time management: Organization and prioritization of tasks to meet established deadlines.
Adaptability: Flexibility to proactively face changes and new technologies.
Critical thinking: Objective evaluation of situations to make informed decisions.
Programming Engineer or similar.
English > 80 %.
Minimum of two years of experience develop software.
Preferred:
Manufacturing processes: workflows, process optimization, and production control.
Integration of ERP systems and custom applications.
Agile development frameworks, such as Scrum, for project planning and execution.
Professional recognition and industry networking are desired and speak to large audience.
