Process Engineer

Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:  
 

We’re seeking a talented Process Engineer to join our Merlino (LO) plant. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager and you will:

• Evaluate existing production processes and propose changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, minimize risks, and improve product quality. You’ll focus on optimizing yields and productivity.

• Identify opportunities for product specification improvements. Analyze product specifications, parts drawings, and engineering data to create new production processes.

• Work closely with stakeholders with a collaborative attitude (maintenance, production, R/D, quality...) to address any production-related issues/matters that arise during various phases.

You are the right fit if you have/are: 

• Engineering Background

• 2/ 4 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within production.

• Fluence in both Italian and English.

• Willing to collaborate and to work in team;

• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
