So, what’s the role all about? 

The M&A Manager will play a key role in generating, managing, and executing on mergers, acquisitions and other strategic engagements globally. 


How will you make an impact? 

  • Support processes with executive management and key stakeholders from different business units to craft, set and drive NiCE non-organic thinking and priorities  
  • Map relevant markets, engage and build pipeline of non-organic growth opportunities  
  • Support engagement with companies across a broad range of eco-systems, markets and geographies   
  • Support the entire M&A process, from the first approach till deal completion, including: deal structuring, financial analysis and modeling, due diligence, valuation, legal documentation, and PMI planning  
  • Manage and work with cross-function and cross-discipline teams (internal and external) including product and technology, operations, legal, sales, finance and others  

Have you got what it takes? 

  • 4+ years’ experience in M&A, corporate development, private equity, venture capital or investment banking (preferably in technology sectors) 
  • Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced, highly demanding, fluid and uncertain environment 
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and strong quantitative analysis skills 
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and modeling, valuation, due diligence processes  
  • Interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain a network of relationships which facilitate deal flow 
  • Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others internally and externally 
  • Top university graduate in a relevant discipline
